Decoding Venture Capital
Jules and Marie held a workshop as part of the program Decoding Venture Capital run by HPI Engine, the entrepreneurship center of the Hasso Plattner Institute. The program helps founders understand the fundamentals of venture capital, term sheets and cap tables.
